Zoom Launches AI-Powered Docs for Seamless Meeting Productivity

Collaborative document editing has arrived on Zoom with the launch of Zoom Docs. This new feature allows meeting participants to co-edit documents together in real-time within a Zoom meeting without needing to screen share.

Zoom Docs incorporates AI technology to assist with document creation and editing. Users can leverage features like summarization, content composition, Q&A, translation and more to optimize productivity.

In addition to real-time co-editing, Zoom Docs provides templates for tables, checklists, Kanban boards and other assets to facilitate project management and meeting outcomes within the platform.

The goal of Zoom Docs is to transform meetings into productive work sessions by capturing meeting contents and conversations into shareable documents.

Zoom Docs is now rolled out to all paid Zoom Workplace subscribers, while free Zoom users can access some basic document collaboration features.
